Service Description

We’re excited to schedule your punch list walkthrough! During this walkthrough, you’ll have the chance to inspect your townhome, note any cosmetic issues, and raise any concerns. You can choose from the available 1 hour time slots below for the walkthrough. If you’re arranging a third-party home inspection, it must be scheduled and completed within the same time frame. Please ensure any attending parties or inspectors check in at the sales gallery (1502 N Nebraska Ave), as a member of our team will need to accompany them on-site. ***All parties attending are REQUIRED to wear flat, close toe boots/shoes and long pants to enter the site. Hard hats are required, and available in the sales gallery***
